Cycle Song

A man, far surpassing his time, Sojourns patiently for the population To catch his wit and grasp his rhyme, But our minds equivocate in their stations. Sojourns patiently for the population, To realize our abstemious ways, But our minds equivocate in their stations. The man waits, still, while we ignore and graze. To realize our abstemious ways, To catch his wit and grasp his rhyme, The man waits, still, while we ignore and graze. We repeat this cycle, every genius man, every time.

I am a college student majoring in psychology and english, former music education major. Most of my time is spent trying to find ways to pay for school now that I'm transferring from a music school to a major university (said university does not offer merit scholarships to transfer students, no matter their grades--as most institutions do). I also enjoy reading and writing poetry, especially aloud.
