What is a delusion

But a demented dream?

What is a distraction

But the illusion your mind is truly diverted?

What is divorce

But a family perverted?

Kids’ views on relationships distorted.

“Pay no attention”

To the facts behind the facades?

Depressions like concussions go unreported.

Mood swings, like Americans, come variously assorted.

Questions like the last line become very redundant.

Please don’t attribute this critical commentary

To me being a pundit.

This is no whodunit.

May the guilty parties please step forth,

Take responsibility for it.

Wealth, not money, is abundant.

Health, Love, and God are the only things important.
