Dad

Nobody said this would be a breeze

Nobody said it'd be this difficult at home

I never feel that I'm truly at ease

Because you've left us here all alone

Where'd you go when we needed you most?

Was is worth abandoning your daughter?

It seems that I've searched from coast to coast

And it's only made my firery hatred burn hotter

I wish you could see how well we're doing

Without you, we're just fine

Statistics say we should be struggling

But Mom works hard to keep us all in line
