Dad

Dear Dad

Sometimes you get mad

Sometimes you are sad

You get on my nerves a tad

No matter what though

You always told me to go

Follow my dreams and grow

You love me, this I know

You’ve always been there

You are not a millionaire

You make me feel better with your stare

I know you really care

I remember our first test

You never took a rest

Through that you were the best

You were my life vest

You help me correct my every flaw

You taught me how to use a straw

Thank God for Grandma and Grandpa

I love you pa
