Daddy's Girl

When I fall and scrape my knees, you gave me ice cream.

When I feel bummed down you make my heart beam.

You never look for praise and is never one to boast,

Even though you deserve it the most.

You work harder than anyone I know,

And always had a glow.

Just these few things make you awesome.

For that I have blossomed,

Into the woman I am today.

Even though things may be grey,

I know you love me.

As do I love thee.
