Daddy's little girl

I guess you can say I'm daddy's little girl

he is my rock, my hope, and my daddy

the little jokes we have are endless, the fights we have are short lived, and the love we have for each other is unconditional

a few years ago I almost lost him

He was trying to be the best fireman he could be

he was saving then strangers trapped inside

I knew the risk he was taking and so did he

but in his head he knew the risk was worth it

on that day the fire was starting to win

my dad was losing  the battle

his fellow workers rushed in to save him

those people saved his life

i love my daddy with all my heart, I need my daddy to be there for me

thank you daddy I'm happy to be your little girl forever and always
