Daffodil Dreams

Location

For I once counted Daffodils in my sleep,

So delicate and unique.

But no more can I sleep,

For the devil has a hold of me oh so deep.

For I once counted Daffodils in my sleep,

So delicate and unique.

My eyes wide open,

Staring into the abyss that once held my dreams.

For I once counted Daffodils in my sleep,

So delicate and unique.

But no more can I sleep,

For my eyes hold the tears of sorrow.

For I once counted Daffodils in my sleep,

So delicate and unique.

But no more can I sleep,

For I ponder about my taking of death.

For I once counted Daffodils in my sleep,

So delicate and unique.

But no more can I sleep,

For I now sleep forever and ever.

For I once counted Daffodils in my sleep,

So delicate and unique.
