Daily Breakfast Inspiration

Every morning I wake up, they’re there for me

In my darkest hours, I know I can always turn to them

Filled with any ingredients of my choice, nice and fluffy

In my eyes, they are diamonds or another precious gem

They are my breakfast inspiration, to get me through the day

The holes in my heart reflect the shape of the maker

Filling them with sugar, they make my doubts fade away

The inspiration they fill me with made by the hands of a dough maker

On days that fill me with joy, that make me feel invincible

Or on days where I’m at my lowest and feel awful

I am filled with inspiration, it's inconvincible

That my biggest inspiration is my daily waffle
