Daily routine

In the morning, my alarm goes off

I reach for the lamp and flick it on

My head is heavy and just like every morning I don't want to get up

But I know I can’t live my life in bed

I walk slumped over to the shower and wash the remnants of yesterday off of my body

Next, I dress in the clothes that represent my mood, mostly sweatshirts for comfort

I drive to school on the same route every morning

6:58-- stopped behind a bus on the corner of 5th Street and Rock

7:03--When I'm at school, everything repeats itself

Same grind every hour

every day
