To Dance is to Live
To Dance is to Live
Her love is dancing
As her heart is prancing.
And all through the night
She leaps and she twirls
Dancing beneath the stars
As the music roars.
To watch her dance
Is hearing her heart speak
As the moonlight hits her
With twinkling at her feet.
Never resting or sitting down
Her heart is tireless
As she dances around.
She dances to the beat
With the music in her feet
She dances for hope
And she dances for dreams.
She’s dancing so high
Up on the tall beams
As she dances with the waves
And sets her heart free.
And if she gets hurt
She’ll dance and she’ll sway
Because that’s how she feels
And how she heals the aches away.
