Dance till I Die

Mind-racing mildly.

Moving swiftly,

Moving gracefully.

Adrenaline racing.

Heart flutters along to the beat.

Feeling complete,

Expressing with feet.

Soul soars,

Having no control.

Moving fast,

Moving slow.

Arms wild,

Eyes watching,

Feet waltz,

Hips whirl.

Dance as if life depends,

As if it soon ends.

My life amends

As my heart unbends.

Sway to the beat and fly,

Feel the music come alive.

Soul and heart unify,

So I will dance till I die.
