Dance your dance

I stand, as still as can be, and acceptingly watch as universal energy flows energy in and out of every fiber of my being. This body contorts, gyrates, and flips to the melodic pattern of the peaks and troughs of the somatic energy, and I realize this is what it means to be truely alive. Presence is key, love is all.
