Dandelion

I had a dream the other day I stood atop the world. And back I flew Before I knew it, stars and moons unfurled I flew beyond the farthest star ‘Til the universe did end. ‘Til all I saw was darkness, Darkness was my only friend. And in my dream I flew back still ‘Til darkness soon did yield. And in this sudden light I saw a dandelion in a field. I watched as a tiny child came And picked it up to play. With one deep breath That little child blew the universe away.
