Dandelions

This morning,

I watched a dandelion lose its mind in the breeze.

It scattered a thousand little thoughts

which appeared to me like daydreams

in their pure etherealness

as they floated on streams of sunlight.

I wished that I could forget my mind as easily as the dandelions did.
