Daniel

Daniel, you make my day.
Every time I see you coming my way.
I used to dream of a guy like you,
And now I have one of the few.
You pursued me its true, and now I’m not blue.
I wanted a guy who wasn’t afraid,
To be silly with me and laugh and play.
A guy who could joke but be serious too,
A guy who loved me when I didn’t know what to do.
He’d stay by my side through thick and thin,
And show me God’s love when I felt pinned.
I’ve found that guy who treats me well
I never ever want to say farewell!
You make me want to dance in the rain
Others try to live up to you but it is in vein
I am faithful to you,
I’ll let no others get through.
I delight in your company
You make me feel dandy.
We share the same God, that’s the main thing
I enjoy our talks that help our spiritual walks.
