Dare to be Mormon

Who are you? Who are you? They want the truth

but when you tell the truth its like closed doors

"A Christian" I tell 'em

So what... you're a Jesus freak? You don't drink? You do polygamy?

Acting like they know more about me than I do

The only one who know that is God; He is a part of me

You figured out by now, I'm a Mormon

Yes, I go to Brigham Young University; Yes I use electricity; No, I don't have two moms

What's the big issue? Can't you accept me?

No that's alright, to you it seems so wrong

But what I'm telling you

is that because of Jerusalem, Gethsemane, Jordan River, and Calvary

not to mention Bethlehem

I've become this person

a daughter of God and that's WHO I AM
