To the dark

We work hard
But receive no thanks
We are first to be blamed
But never first to be thanked
You look at the billboards
You never see us in the ranks
So I play alone
Work in the dark
Should have been that way from the start
This isn't the end
You are gonna hear my part
Even if it's from afar
