"Dark and light, bad and good, are not different but one and the same."

Eyes closed, mind focused, heart open.

Her hand trembles in mine, gently.

Hundreds of voices shouting, whispering, mumbling,

Cries of help and gratitude to the man above.

She sobs, unable to catch a breath,

She shakes and jumps uncontrollably,

I let go of her sweaty hands, take a quick glimpse, and return to darkness.

Satan or God, possessed she is.

"We are in his presence", he says.

Voices grow louder, my heart pounds faster,

Damnable or auspicious:

The holy ghost.

It ends. Soft music plays, everyone is calm, light.

Eyes opened, mind confused, heart scared.

She is serene.
