Dark And Twisted

My life so dark and twisted

Dark as the night sky without any stars lingering above

Twisted like the morals of humans of the modern days

But they shed light on my darkened soul

They help me surface

Surface from the abyss known as my heart and soul

They are the few people who care

Who I myself care for

If I was to truly love

I would love them

My true friends

Friends who rescue me

Rescue me from myself

So I will show them my love

Like they ever so showed me
