Dark Beautiful Wild Flower
Into the fertile Earth we were dropped as seeds
In the hostile Earth we were buried alive as the future breeds
The Rain fell upon the earth to revive us the seeds
The Sun burned for us to strive and see who succeeds
We pierced the ground and raised our crowns no longer seeds
The brutality of the reality of survival led us to do evil deeds
I had to thrive and survive amongst the ruthless weeds
The weeds sapped all the life out of all the weak useless worthless seeds
The thorns choked the life out of all the sick seeds with countless life needs
The wars rose as I fought the ticks, the swam of locusts and the army of suckling aphids
I raised my head high fetching the illuminating rays of the sun I needed to stay alive
I deepened my roots deep down into the soil to be firm searching for water that gave to me the life i now live
Every moment I grew and gathered momentum stretching my hands up high fighting death to stay alive
Then Thorns arose from my own branches and I hated my self for being an ugly creature which man hate and view as a curse to those alive
Depression and desperation filled my soul but it never hindered my growth
With days I saw flowers budding from my thorny branches, within days I started blooming and all the flying creatures visited me endlessly
I am the wild beautiful dark flower with thorns that can pierce your uncareful hands and give scent to your careful hands
Touch me wrongly and lose drops of blood as appeasement,
Touch me lovely and get my perfume on your gentle hands without resentment
I am a wild flower, ugly in summer, fuggly in winter but irresistible in spring when I have guests in my colourful garment
Which is to your eyes and nostrils blissful entertainment.
