Dark Brown Eyes

Dear Pablo,

Well I refuse to look into your dangerously beautiful eyes.

Dark brown like any other but yours shine so bright.

Full of happiness, charisma, and a love for life.

They engulf me completely in a blinding blonde light.

So blinded I'm really standing alone underneath the cold moonlight.

Then I realize this is a battle for love I no longer wish to fight.

You leave me much warmth with your foolish ways.

You have me lost in a constant foolish daze.

I truly admire all your clever ways,

You being the only one who leaves me without a word to say.

And when you're around we're together at the beach all day,\.

I start to swim out to the ocean, and as I turn back my gaze

I realize I was left alone in the cold summer waves.

You didn't leave, you are just far from the shore.

Looking at me with those eyes I rapidly grew to adore.

They drag me in with a powerful tug.

Its unfair how you made me stumble so hard in love.

Fell so hard on to my head I can't seem to stop the flow of blood.

How could I look at you the same way I did before?

I no longer wish to be at this uneven beach anymore
