Dark Happiness

You see there's this woman that strives day in and day out to reach this extraordinary rose,

This"happiness rose"as she calls it

happiness rose because she believes in her sorrow filled heart that the rose will bring light

 in her world of darkness

but, she's oblivious to the fact that the rose is black how could something so dark bring her light

its ironic really\

she doesn't mind because her soul is pure, she sees the good in evil

and everyday she cuts her arms and legs on thorns and bushes to get that rose

and everyday its seems closer and the next day that follows it seems farther

but, she doesn't mind because it gives her something to believe in

and she'll get her happiness rose because thats all she truly deserves

happiness.
