Dark meets Light

Once there was a man

Who seemed to wear chains around his neck

Dressed in all black

The man had found a red light in life.

Sad and unmotivated

The man often thought why

“Why suffer through another day?”

“Why go through more misery?”

More anguish

More pain

Just to fall into the same hole

Over and over

But one day

The man met a ladder

That pulled him out of that deep hole

And so he climbed

Up and up

Until he was dressed in all white

With his dove by his side.
