a dark mind behind green eyes
She stands alone as the world passes her by.
She's like a single tree in a forest.
When others stop they kick her like an annoying dog.
She's nothing more than a set of eyes in a sea of smiles.
She was always told she was nothing more than 11 pounds of dying flesh and bones.
Always told that she would amount to nothing.
When someone finally stops and listens they leave her once again,
Then throwing her aside with the rotten meat.
Shes has scars on her wrists that they see but don't ask about.
She cries until she runs out of tears.
The cuts lost their feeling, however the mental state they cause still lives.
When she looks back on her life.
She sees truth in the lies and pain in society.
In truth her scars never fade but she does.
