Dark Puddle

Deep dark puddle

I am drowning

Inside you

Wanting to move around inside of you

But why do you suffocate

And forget the way

I found you

I stayed inside for a while in your lies

Your dark depths

I swam in it

And now there is no getting out

I hope one day I can shout

For freedom

From your grasp

It is everlasting

It is trapping

And my mind

Has forgot what is happening
