The Darkest of Days

In our darkest days

we find our weaknesses,

we find our flaws,

we feel lost,

we feel out of control.

In our darkest days,

we lose hope that it will be ok,

we want to disapear

to put it all behind us.

But, sometimes in the the darkest of our days,

we find ourselves,

as the person who hasn't given up,

no matter how tough it has been.

In our darkest days,

we fall down,

but, at some point,

we have to stand back up again,

because even our darkest days can't keep us down.
