The darkness

Stuck in the darkness No were to go Not being about to see were I should go Or what I should do I can feel the walls moving closer My own worries crushing me before anything else Just turn on the light they say or be less negative. I would if only there was a light. The darkness is my own. My own worries, fears, actions, regrets. But worst is that I know I could make it stop. I have the power to take it all away. You're overreacting they say you just want attention. No the attention only makes it worse  I know i am wrong and different I am not what my parents expected. I am better than I am me. I can see a little light shine through. I am clumsy and messy The light gets a little bit bigger with every thought. I like to bake, I love animals, I want to have kids when I grow up, I would rather be comfortable then presentable. The darkness and the light are battling now. I hope and pray that the light wins. I love my girlfriend, I never wear dresses, I am loud, I have short hair. I love me. And with that last three words the light takes over.  I finally can breath, I can move. I am free.
