Darkness

Darkness

It calls out to me

It’s like a beacon

I feel the tendrils of the shadows

 cutting into me

Trying to get the sickening feeling of depression that is miles deep within me.

It keeps pulling me down and trying to drag me to my grave that is my doorway to my own personal hell.

Making me hear the dreadful screams that make me walk through the valley of sickness and death,

Trying to turn me into a sociopath

Telling me that i need God

But the one thing they keep forgetting

i hate God and his little followers

Because they have wronged me,

Wronged me by discrimination.

To the point of drawing with silver and red on my skin.

Then i saw two crimson eyes,

I should have been scared,

I probably should have ran,

Because the eyes were full of hate and insanity.

But i was not scared but the exact opposite,

I felt safe and in control,

Even with the voices in my head.

I look back up into the blood colored eyes to see them coming closer.

Then I saw him.

He is in front of me now,

Looking into my broken glass shattered eyes,

reflecting all my pain,

And in his eyes telling me it will get better.

It may be hard now but i am now here,

I will never leave you,

Because I am you.

Just the dark depths of you.
