The Darkness

The world outside is so dark and grey I beg for a change every night I pray. Children and women knocked down and beat Some families struggling just to have enough to eat. Addicts begging outside of every store There only concern is how to get just one more Countries are divided and falling apart All they really wanted was a brand new start Our children are learning to hate and be cruel We can't even trust to send them to school The murder and crime rates has risen so high Mother's are grieving robbed of the chance to say goodbye The government is powered by deceitfulness and greed Our men being shot down left for death as they bleed I pray for a day when we can live peacefully as before When people turned to God you just don't see that anymore. A change is gonna come look to the bible and you'll find Jesus is coming back repent or be left behind
