DARKNESS IS IN THE AIR
Darkness Is In The Air / Dark Angel
There is a darkness in the air ,
I looked and saw it speak ,
I felt it waiting behind me ,
As Dark Angel speaks ;
Looking for me he cried out ,
So close, yet far away,
I cannot live another day.
Knowing that you there,
Without holding me.
His voice was like autumn slack
Sharpening the cold air .
The strong sound of Dark Angels voice
Seems faint for a while,
While I cannot hear it,
I do not smile.
I do know he is going to stay for a well ,
Dark Angel shadow shone beneath the black
As if the sun were there ,
Walks along the promenade,
By the pale moonlight,
Us strolling, arm in arm,
You are there by my side.
Dark Angel has very strong muscles ,
Black and sleek as lack of light ,
And not so sweet is he ,
Nights pass,
Yet do not slip away,
Nights pass and no love found me,
A smothered laugh came from he
Watching me as I want to scream ,
The solitary tear I weep,
Seems to cascade down my cheek,
Like rain on a stormy night ,
Seems to wash all the memories away.
Of what is right ,
My heart shatters,
I kneel to the ground,
I hear music,
With darkness all around me ,
A finger lifts my chin,
Your face I have found again ,
I cannot speak the words I truly want to say ,
Dark Angel will not hear them anyways ,
I try so hard to piece back together what
Had been left of my heart!
But Dark Angel has me bewitched,
With his darkness again .
Lay me down to sleep why he takes what he needs
From me ;
Rest his cooling head up on my breast ,
Kiss it tenderly ,
Stained red is what he gave me all over me ,
I awake with Dark Angel beside me ,
Dark Angel curl his big arms around me,
Snuggle and caress my breast on his chest ,
I feel suffocated by his darkness in the air .
