Darkness and light

When we were little, we used to run away from darkness

Darkness seemed frighting and dangerous

   Now we seek Darkness 

Because its a place were no one ever judges you

       Darkness is relaxing and safe 

Darkness hugs you so tight and gives you so much more comfort

        That you never want to leave

   Be careful it can trap you too, and take control of you

Light in the contrary seemed Warm and loving

 Light brings you hope 

But be careful, it can also make you blind sometimes 

And you have to close your eyes 

        Meet with the darkness

So you can open them again 

And see better clearer,

We wouldn’t cherish them like we do if one of them missed

None of them is perfect, they both have good and bad sides 

       Don’t judge them by the way they look 

   Nor by what you’ve had heard about them.

We need 2 of them 

Just like day and night and black and white
