5 And the light shines on in the darkness, but the darkness has not mastered it.

Darkness is clueless about light

Evil spirits are lacking much. They don’t know everything

They don’t know what redemption is, and they never had the experience

Their interpretation as they see the truth is just below their surface

They surely are most incomplete and only know one’s influence

Death is all they understand, and before Life Himself, they tremble

Helpless they are in the light of Christ and will burn to a crisp

So when they influence our mind, they can only present their fullness

Which is even not half of it of what a man in Jesus Christ befits

The opportunity we have, make even angels marvel

So now you know what evil thinks and the limited power they have

It is up to you and me to let the Truth surprise us

For His Power is great indeed, for it is God Himself Who cares
