Darkness Enters

The day he came into my life

Was normal as always

You never know someone is a demon

It isn’t something you think of

Evil

Torturing

Demonic

Just not something you title someone

Not for the first time

People talking

Whispering

Like I don’t know

Pushing me to try

Try and get over you

Meet someone new

So I let down my walls

I let someone in

I just wanted to be friends

How was I to know

He expected so much more

Now I am back to feeling

Like that dirty little whore

LCaldwell

I am a writer, blogger and poet. I enjoy writing and do so when the mood strikes me. I have been known to stop what I am doing to jot down a poem. There are days when the words flow from my mind like water. I am also a parent to 3 amazing young men. I am married to an amazing man as well. We rang in the new year as newly weds. Each year we celebrate our anniversary as we close another chapter in the book of life.
