Darkness Lies Ahead

The sun sets and darkness creeps over the world.

The stars slowly emerge from the shadows.

I can see no more

That tyrant sun that rules the day.

The stars slowly emerge from the shadows,

Those stars which offer hope and light, different from

That tyrant sun that rules the day.

None may escape its might.

Those stars which offer hope and light, different from

The future that lies ahead of me.

None may escape; its might

Overwhelms me.

The sun sets and darkness creeps over the world.

The future that lies ahead of me

Overwhelms me.

I can see no more.
