Darling, You'll be Okay

The most beautiful people are blind to their own value, They are too busy adding light to the dark world, She is the sun, Outside, By inside, There is a war, She is beautiful, but she is blind, "Why would anyone ever hurt her?", "People love to destroy beautiful things.", It's human nature, We destroy the Earth, We destroy the only sun that gives light to the sky, And we pollute its air, We destroy ourselves, Drinking to drown the sorrow, Cutting to stop the pain, Smoking to burn out demons, We destroy our bodies to forget why we ever hated them in the first place, But she is the light in this world, She is beautiful, but she is blind
