The Daughter of Oshun
Lips soft as rose petals
Skin smoother than silk
Her beauty is ethereal
Flesh blending with hues of purple and blue
A reflection of the midnight sky yet she is bright
Her face is full of innocence but her aura fills the air with authority
She is the sunset
Shades of orange and yellow meshing into her
An inviting warmth coats her lips
I met god one day
She's black.
Her hips grind swiftly with the rhythm of the ocean
Her smile shines brighter than the North star
She is a mirror of black girl magic
A goddess of the highest degree
She has rays of fire in her eyes
A fire that can't be blown away
Her heart beats ofthe drums from lost lands
She is the daughter of Oshun
