A Daughters Cry
Please tell me it isn't true,
No, No, No, Daddy is here, he's going to pull through.
I'm sorry for not listening, I'm sorry for running
away when you told me to stay home Daddy.
The rebellious child I was towards you because
I wanted to do what I want. Daddy why didn't
you tell me how bad your sickness really was?
Is it all my fault, was the stress I put on you too
much for your heart? Daddy come back, I need you.
I'm sorry, please I will do better I promise. I will stop
sneaking out the window to leave with that boy. I will
stop fighting in school, I will bring my grades up, I will
never disrespect you or anyone again Daddy. You said
you love me and you will never leave my side, you will
always be there!.. But your not.... Just please come back,
dont leave me in this world alone Daddy. I'm your little
girl, I need your protection but your not here with me
Daddy. Even though you always told me you love me
and I never said it back but I Love You Daddy. Can you
hear me? I thank you for everything you've done for me.
I'm sorry for letting you down. Daddy, Daddy? No, it can't
be, your not dead, your not dead, it's not to late, it's not!...
Oh My God, it's true, your really gone. I should have appreciated
you more while you were here. Now, it's too late. Rest In Peace...
