On a Day Like This

On a day like this, warm. Lying in bed restless, sticky. Hair sprawled out over pillows, in the middle of the day. On a day like this, clear. Turning pages of a book, conscious. Toenails half painted, in the beginning of summer. On a day like this, inspiring. Thinking about the future, eager. Body appreciative of yoga practice, at the turn of a new chapter.
