The day you came into my life

The sun has shone over me and I began to strive,

To make your life be better than mine,

To make every minute be worth the time.

The day I held you in my arms.

I made a promise to make no harm,

To burn all bridges and all walls,

So you can have it all!

The day I saw you smile at me,

I laughed with joy and thanked the God to be;

To be your sister, your life long friend,

Whenever you need me, until the end!

The day you said you love me too,

My life became a little happier; I knew

You’ll always do the same for me,

You’ll care for me until the end!

Today as we say our “Goodnights”,

I still remember the day you became part of my life.

I’m reminiscing about the days that have passed, but

I'll keep in mind the memories that we will have in time.
