A Day Away
A day away, carefree
A day away, yippee
Not getting dressed
This day's the best!
And I am filled with glee
A day away to be
The man I like to be
No cares to press
Indulge with zest
Some things I'd like to see
I know they're missing me
"Come back, come back!" they plea
But I'm not stressed,
I'm feeling blessed,
I'm where I want to be.
Today I'm back, you see
Resist the urge to flee
I've had my rest
I'm at my best
I'm feeling happy, free
