Day by Day

Witnessed the resplendent sunrise

Gazed the fluffy cotton like clouds

Tried to seize the lingered twilight

Beheld the starry night

All alone, alone

The seats beside had been warmed and cooled

Apparition of crowds cleared and faded

Soon a fireball would rise from the east

To whisper hot and panting breathes

A new day would come

Again devoured by hustle and bustle
