Day by Day

There is one
Who sings over me as I sleep,
Who is excited to spend the day with me,
Who loves to see me smile.

I wake up renewed
In wonder of my God
Delighted to pour my adoration on Him.

Today is a good day
Another page of the story He is writing on my heart.

I will walk in joy;
Even when I can't see my path.

I am being led
By the one who moves mountains for me,
By the one who fights battles for me,
