A day of rest

Philippians 4:7

And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding

will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

A day of rest and dreaming ... of playing with the Son

Relaxing times as needed ... with life moving slowly on

Hours seem not measured ... the sun is standing still

Glory and His treasure ... light up the valleys and hills

Gently I am soaring on high ... taking it all in

Freedom underwriting ... the wind under my wings

All seems so much at ease ... alike the Garden of Eden

Lions and lambs at peace ... resting together in freedom

Bathing in the Sonshine ... all wars have disappeared

Peace on earth sublime ... His fragrance rules now here

Paradise in heart ... understood through Christ’s mind

Who wants to depart ... what else is there to find?
