Day Two

Welcome to day two, life's lost its cover.

There's silence, unhappiness, a world of lost lovers.

The spice is gone, as is the mystery,

The wonder or day one's officialy history.

You're like a young child who just lost their mother

You learn that the world isn't sister with brother.

Now you can seperate farce from fact,

You can see the truth that the first day lacked.

Welcome to reality, give it a try,

Now that you've come off your idealistic high.

Keep your mouth shut and slap on a smile,

Support and companionship might take awhile.

No one is perfect, so the perfect say;

You'll just have to push through to another day.
