The day you left

When it was time for you to go,

I wasn't told nor did I know.

When I found out, I was heartbroken,

But no words were really spoken.

Each day that ends,

I dream that we will meet again.

You were my friend,

You were like my brother,

You even treated me like you were my mother.

When you left,

It made me cry.

We didn't even get a chance to say good-bye.

I'll be here to the end,

I'll see you again my friend.

In loving memory of Luke Devall. AKA: Lucky who passed away Jan 5, 2003.

You will always be my best friend. You are very much loved, and you will never

be forgotten.
