There once was a young girl,
who wanted to escape.
She would close her eyes,
and imagine a place;

this place was colorful,
yet peaceful and serene--
she could go there at all times
by a simple day dream.

Here, all her problems changed
from black into white.
Even during the worst of times
this place proved to be a delight.

The young girl
lived there until the end of her days,
escaping all that disturbed her.
In her naive mind, it was the best way.
