Daydreaming night

Dark deep, cloudless. This sky and I, We are mindless. Empty and cold, Lost yet visible. Both aged, old. Absent is light, No there is light, absorbed in the night. We absorb light, A delicacy, A reason we fight. I am not dawn, Not morning blue, Never fawn I am the darkness, But I give way, To the brightness. The sun, I never see, But I run, to the dark I destroy those, Who leave mark.
