Covered up inside

Are words I hadn't expressed, 

Feelings I covered,

And what lies couldn't be compressed

Written on my face,

Sadness in my eyes,

Cornered with lies hidden inside,

Of the past, that can't reinstate

Thoughts come and go throughout the day
