As The Days Go By


As the days go by And the room is dark You heart is broken, torn Emotionless is a start Agonizing turns into visualizing The damage already sealed The pain still remains Laughter is only a veil As the days go by Wondering what is the truth Searching for answers of why Who can hurt the feelings of those in solitude? No one will ever understand For they need not to know Buried feelings down the cup Thanks to words that were never shown
