Dead Ends

The depth of the brightest aqua ocean,

The overhead awning of leaves,

The newborn droplets of rain flung from above,

The salty grains, so small,

Swirled about in a forceful wind,

The brightly speckled sand dotted with moving lives.

People, caught up in this whirlwind of eternity.

Escape,

Chaos,

And yet I find myself thinking; this is why I am here.
